ADULTING: This is a life coaching package for college-age students that are focused on developing their adult character. Becoming an adult is the ability to match your “outside” life (the things you do) with your “inside” life (the person you are). Too often, young adults are “grown-up” physically yet lack the character structure to accomplish adult tasks mentally, emotionally, and/or relationally. The ADULTING resource will help young adults to process all aspects of their “inner” life so that their “outer” life is focused and purposeful. Why Does Character Counts?
If you desire to function at a high level as an adult it will require you to develop your adult character. Your character is made up of four key areas (the ability to connect well with others, the ability to establish strong boundaries, the ability to integrate the good and bad in life, and the ability to make wise decisions in a timely manner). As teens cross the threshold of adulthood they will start to see exponential growth in the consequences of their decisions (both good and bad). When young adults have a developed character they are more likely to excel in the ability to make wise decisions, develop a team of friends that will be “for them” in the good times and bad, handle stress and anxiety in healthy ways, and cope with the bad things in life.
Coaching Package Includes:
- 1 – ADULTING | Coaching Book and Journal
- 16 – Video sessions that will cover the four-character skills
- 24 – Weekly sessions of personal coaching (each session is 30 to 50 minutes in length)
