SMALL is all about identifying the small vital behaviors you will practice daily or EVERY WEEK.
For instance, here are FIVE Behaviours I work on daily/weekly.
Behavior 1 – Prayer and Bible Study/Meditation
Behavior 2 – Exercise and Fasting
Behavior 3 – Continual Education (Reading, Videos, Podcast)
Behavior 4 – Relationships (Wife, Family, Friends, and Clients)
Behavior 5 – Relax
I have found that when I define my BIG PICTURE, it becomes easy to clearly articulate the VITAL BEHAVIOR I need to work on daily to accomplish it.
