How To Stop Being So Negative
Nobody likes being around that negative person (extended family member, co-work in the next office over, or maybe the neighbor down the street. But what happens when you discover you are a negative person?
What do you do when you realize you have a negative attitude problem?
You implement this simple, daily practice.
I call it DAILY DECLARATIONS.

Your declarations are a list of truthful, positive, declarative statements you repeat every morning.
I have a list of 19 statements I say out loud to myself daily. I have been doing this for years, pushing me to a new mental/positive place.
Here are a few of my statements:
- I am a child of God, bought by the blood of Jesus Christ; therefore, Jesus will be first in my life. I exist to serve and glorify Him.
- I love my wife and will serve her unselfishly.
- I am disciplined
- I am faithful
- I will be faithful with finances today
- Christ in me is stronger than the wrong desires in me.
You can do this!
Come up with a list of statements you say to yourself to help recalibrate your brain.
As you repeat the truthful statements over and over, you will begin to see your attitude improving; they become mental vitamins you take daily!
