The Blessing of Authority

 

Psalm two has much to say about our submission to authority.  I know, we don’t like to hear that word “submission” but it is necessary in our adult life that we find the balance of dealing with authority.  We will listen to a voice and submit to something:

  • We will submit to selfishness
  • We will submit to false ideologies
  • We will submit to materialism
  • We will submit to false teachings/teachers/governments or…
  • We will submit to Jesus Christ
