There’s probably a thousand reasons why you don’t want to go back to work after the weekend. But if you are honest with yourself and you took a look inside of you (and I have to do the same), we realize we have critical thoughts about some of the people we work with.
It’s negative and it just reinforces a negative attitude in you.
If You Want to Be Happier at Work:
Stop being critical of others. Start in the morning before you walk through the door. Say a prayer of blessing for your co-workers. Do some research and find out what their favorite coffee or smoothie is and bring it in for them.
Be a blessing to your co-workers and see how your happy meter goes up.
